What This Warranty Covers
The Paw Boss product comes with a limited warranty. Paw Boss warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid under the condition that it is not used, misused or stored improperly. Paw Boss is not responsible for other damages arising from the use or misuse of the Paw Boss product.
Length of Warranty
This warranty is a 30 day warranty beginning from the date of purchase – proof of purchase required.
Customer Service
If you are the original purchaser and believe you have a defective product under this warranty, please email info@pawboss.com for return authorization. Please provide your name/shipping address/telephone number and a description & picture of the specific issue. Upon receipt of a return authorization material (RMA) number, please mark your product on the shipping box (not the product box) with the RMA number and ship the defective product to:

*DO NOT RETURN THE PAW BOSS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN RMA NUMBER FROM US VIA EMAIL.
What Paw Boss Will Do to Correct the Problem
If the original purchaser receives a defective Paw Boss product, Paw Boss will replace it with an equivalent product upon receipt of the defective product. Within the 30 day period, the original purchaser shall return the product in its original packaging and pay shipping and handling costs for returning the defective product to SKI Innovations LLC at the address below. SKI Innovations LLC is not responsible for lost shipments and strongly encourage you insure the shipment.
Return Exceptions
Due to health regulations, all merchandise that has been used will not be accepted or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect within that 30 day period. We reserve the right to determine if the product has been used.
State Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
